PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.
Thank you so much for your wonderful photo's. Always wanted to get to Porthgwarra, but knees won't allow unfortunately. What a great day out you have had, these days are going to be numbered now according to the weather forecast, so pleased you were able to enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteWe were a bit torn as to what to do as it was really cloudy in Perran. We thought we'd go anyway, even if we didn't stay long, but as we drove West there were fewer and fewer clouds and it stayed that way. Really busy there - Saturdays being changeover day is aften a bit quieter - had to wait for the next lot of Pasties to come out of the oven. but it was worth it. Think the forecast rain might spoil the Heather a bit, so for once our timing was right. Not looking good for the Fish Festival tomorrow. Such a pity. Sue
DeleteWonderful walk again ! so used to enjoy those coastal walks ....so just have to share yours from the comfort of my armchair !! the colours are stunning and the views breathtaking ! so glad you enjoyed your pasty !!!! we always had them from the old shop on Bryher nothing like having them fresh from the oven ! a bit chilly today a really heavy hailstorm yeserday thunder and lightening too !! left the garden under water for a time ,We had a parent Partridge in the garden with two babies so so tiny about the size of a chaffinch so tame I had to shut the back door !
