ReplyDeleteThe family have been coming to Perranuthnoe for years, so I'm sure the boys will continue visit as they grow up. They all got very wet in one of the huge very heavy showers yesterday, but they had been on the beach and in the sea.
DeleteThe remnants of ex-hurricane Bertha continue to cause trouble - showers expected until Friday.

Crikey, that's a lot of money for somewhere that must get soaked with every storm. I wonder what the house insurance is on a place like that?
DeleteThink you might struggle to get Insurance - although it seems to be unscathed each time after a storm. Insurers aske the strangest questions when you want flood insurance - son Nick can't get it on his property as they say his postcode is within a short distance from a little river - he's nowhere near it though !
