PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.
Hi Sue, his name is Leptoglossus occidentalis, Amerikanische Kiefernwanze in german. He comes from the Rocky Mountains, in 1999 he came to Europe, first sightings were in North Italy. In 2007 he was seen in Great Britain for the first time.

DeleteThere it is on the internet "Western Conifer Seed Bug" Presume it came over to Europe in Wood shipments of some sort. Sue
It looks like a member of the shield bug family. Weather still holding on :)

Probably a relative - it was quite long compared to the Shield Bugs ! Trouble was I didn't see where it went - hope it's not in the house somewhere !. Sue
