The joys of rental ownership! We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation at one of ours, and it is very difficult juggling it around the tenants. They'll be happy when it is done, but it is inconvenient to have large men arriving on the doorstep most mornings.
ReplyDeleteI love teasels, and always have to have some in stoneware jars. The sunset is phenomenal too. Is it due to the ash from the Icelandic volcano's hiccup?
These things are never as straight forward as you hope it will be.Oamaru wold have been so much easier if the legal work hadn't dragged on so long - 6 months to buy it took us to the middle of the season !
DeleteThe teasels are a pain when you brish past one, but the birds do love them. Think the sunset was just all the moist air out to the West - No ash - yet !
