Porthleven Food & Music Festival

We drove to Porthleven to visit the Food Festival - rain was expected, but we were lucky and it didn't arrive until after mid-day
Mermaid made by Helston School students
Wooster & Tilly meet fellow Pointer Flora - from Helston of course
Looking back down the harbour to the huge food tent
The Fishermen's Mission collecting at the bridge that linked both sides of the harbour - super idea, sadly the steps were metal gratings, so we had to go the long way round as the dogs wouldn't have liked them
Jim was on the lookout for a Lobster, but we passed on these live ones as I don't like to have to look them in the eye and then kill them - he did find a ready cooked one, but forgot to take a photo and it is gone !
 The bridge across the gaps
Looks quite old - but foreign
Super music and dance from this group
Seen two Airstream Caravans in one week !  The other one was still just a caravan - this one has other uses !
Poor Wooster was really scared of the really loud drums of Samba Celtica
Sorry there's not more food photos but it started to spot with rain, so Jim went into the food tent to collect the pies he'd ordered and came back out to me, we carefully put the pies into bags and made our way back to the car, before I realised that I hadn't made it into the food tent !
