Silver Explorer still at anchor in the bay this morning
The Whitbred Shorthorns were peacefully munching as usual
Then I noticed the little one to the left and zoomed in ! A very new born calf Hoped it would lift its head, but it was too tired ! Mum was probably feeling a bit tired as well !
The footpath through Trenow was still looking superb
Still repairing the causeway and causing a bit of a traffic jam !
Whimbrels down on Boat Cove
Maen-dhu Point looking prettier every day
Kestrel came zooming overhead
Beach looking really good - and ready for the hoards of visitors due to arrive on Saturday
This Echium was damaged by wind and went - "multi headed"- what a beauty !
Very 'bootiful' ! everything in the garden seems to have doubled in size this year....including the weeds ! the birds are still feeding like mad....their grocery bill is more than ours ! twentyone different species ! and then the greater spotted woodpecker arrived !shame about the bypass,a lot of disappointed children and adults too ! thanks Sue .macca.
ReplyDeleteOur plants are all growing really well, although we still have very dry soil. My feeder is still being raided by the blasted Magpies - and I wasn't able to get the preferred food on my latest shopping trip, so now I'm going to have to buy it online ! ! Our birds are only the more common ones, but we enjoy seeing them. Sue
DeleteJust realised I typed bypass instead of flypast ! mind you tt seems it was more a bypass than a flypast ! m
