Took the dogs into the garden and was met with the roar of massive waves crashing in
I assume they had come from a big storm out at sea since it hadn't been too windy overnight
Brief appearance of the sun
Cudden Point was really getting hammered !
Whilst I was out on the balcony I noticed the strange way that the wind blows behind the glass screens
All the bits blown off the Christmas Tree and the Cedar Tree all neatly blown into a circular pile !
Haven't seen a sea this wild for quite a few years
Set off with the dogs - amazing sight
Walked down Boat Cove Lane - massive waves crashing over The Greeb Rocks
Sorry about the blobs - just so much moisture in the wind - both from the spray and some drizzle
I decided that for their safety I'd put the dogs onto their long leads to walk around Maen-dhu Point as the wind was really very strong by now - gusting around 50mph
The sea was really boiling out there
Couldn't take many out there - just too wet and windy
Looking over to the East
The huge waves rolling in towards the beach
and that was it, much too wet by now to hang around, so we made our way home
No sunset, but a little brightness
We walked up towards Ednovean and round to Trebarvah
Wonderful photos Sue. Love them all!
