Glorious start
Little white ship on a very blue sea !
Quite a lot of cloud out to the West
The aim was to walk right over the hill towards Marazion CemeterySadly it didn't go according to plan as Tilly slipped in to the gap in this horrid granite cattle grid - she clambered out before I could reach her, but I could see she had injured her rear left leg on the knee area
I gently bent it this way and that and could tell it wasn't broken, and she was walking OK with a little limp so we had to turn towards home
People were down on Trenow Cove - I assume they were collecting Mussels - hope they left some behind for the future generations to come from
Very low tide again
Nice multi layers of cloud
I took Tilly to the vets and we came out with antibiotics and anti-inflamatories and will take her back to be checked out when the tablets are finishedJim had arrived home whilst we were out and we are now officially a two Yeti family - this one a 4x4 diesel whereas mine is petrol - going to have to careful what we put in where ! We like them and the dogs seem to love them - not everyones cup of tea I know.
I parked in the layby and walked past this wonderful field of Cabbages
I wanted to get a few shots of the base for the German film crew that have been working at Ednovean Farm this week - filming a Rosamund Pilcher novel
Wish I could describe the wonderful smell of their food - well I was rather hungry
Wardrobe
Huge lorries for all the kit
We went for a gentle stroll up towards Ednovean - sun was very bright
One of the girls came to check us out
Wooster checking out a Crow in the Cedar Tree whilst looking out for bunnies
Lots of cloud at around sunset
RNLI Penlee Lifeboat Ivan Ellen out in the gloom
I hope Tilly recovers quickly. Such beautiful dogs!
ReplyDeleteShe's doing fine thanks - now she's on drugs ! Antibiotics and steroids - having to try to stop her dashing up the stairs when they've been down to the garden. Little minx. Sue
