We waited down at the far end of the harbour for the Liferaft Race, but it was so late that we had walked along the North Pier to some seating with good views

Sadly since we couldn't hear any of the announcements we thought they had finished - walked back down the Harbour through the crowds and saw there had been another race

I had a delicious cappuccino from The Sisters little van - and a brownie for lunch
Went out to the end of the North Pier and watched the Trawler parade and race and then made my way out

Wonderful photo's we like Newlyn used to love watching the fishing boats unloading.No wonder we only eat the tail on a Monkfish what a ugly b..... !My goodness didn't envy Jim negotiating that lot!Makes it so difficult for access.Thank you Sue i'm sure you enjoyed it all...we have !All that lovely fish...off to buy our Hake on thursday.Once again thank you for all your efforts to bring Cornwall to lots of people every day.maccca.
ReplyDeleteWas a tiring couple of days - walked 15,000 steps on Sunday and 17,500 on Monday - was totally shattered last night - hence no photos. Been out to The Victoria for Jim's Birthday Meal. Sue tonight
