Scillonian III setting off for Scilly on a glorious morning
and Johanna Lucretzia heading East to Porthleven
Two Pointers and Mr Crow
Mali Rose almost back in Penzance
Busy car park again
Never had the Hibiscus looking like this before
Johanna Lucretzia heading back to Newlyn
We walked up the hill and found that there was a new gate onto the cattle field - great improvement
But unfortunately there were cattle ahead
Rather a lot of them
Not looking too happy
Scary
Action shot !
Walking and taking photos at the same time
This is where they had all come streaming through from the next field
Nice clear view of The Lizard
Cudden Point
The hill above Trevean Cove
Quite a few people enjoying themselves on the beach, but it wasn't too busy
Stunning Kestrel put on a wonderful show right above us - one from me
Once from Jim
Always such a super spot - as long as the cattle aren't down there
Junior Buzzard came over - making lots of noise
Wooster looking a bit hot, but Tilly was fine
Love that area. Thanks, Sue and Jim.

Was thinking of you today as a face book friend has moved to a house in St Just close to the church that we went to on our tour of the North coast. More rain today, but we're hoping for some better or at least more settled weather - might be windy though. Sadly it's lifeboat Day in Porthleven on Sunday and forecast is tricky - we'll have to wait and see
DeleteThanks Sue...glorious colours.I don't think you would have made a farmers wife...unless it was dairy free ! Beautiful hibiscus...very envious !!!! macca.
ReplyDeleteThose of us that have B&W Pointers all have the same problem especially with female cattle - we usually have bullocks in there and they don't bother and they are smaller. Bearing in mind that these same Heifers can go right onto the main Cornwall Coastal Footpath it really can be a problem. The Hibiscus were almost given the chop after so many years of just a few flowers really pleased they've been so good. Sue
