As forecast the rain had finished and it was quite a bright and warmer morning
Wooster still not feeling like looking right over his wall
The Belladonna Lillies had survived the heavy rain
Some nice clean waves this morning
We stopped off at Cardinham Woods near Bodmin to give the dogs a run. Rather cold there so even Jim put his jacket on
The dogs enjoy this woodland walk
Had a lovely visit to see sister Pat and her husband - so good to see Pat now able to walk around the house without need of crutches - just needs to keep up the physio to get ready for a holiday in October
Never managed to get a photo of Wooster drinking before
It's a case of "do you drink much?"
"No, I spill most of it"
Nice to see so much lush greenery
Jim managing to collect Tilly, who tends to move too fast when going downhill and plays deaf when you call her !
We then met this handsome 7 month old Pointer -
not sure that Wooster was too impressed
Such a handsome boy
We were sad to hear that they never let him run free - always on a long lead - Oh dear !
We got home after a pitstop at the Services near Victoria and I went for my swim and sadly missed the sunset
Jim got this on his camera
and I took this when I got back upstairs
Sounds like 'A Grand day out'! Lovely woods,we stayed in Bodmin several times, always thought that walk was very pretty.Good your sister is doing well. Thanks Sue and Jim.Think we might head out to the north of the county.macca.
