Lovely beach this morning
But that's not what Wooster was admiring
No, two of his favourite ladies were passing by
Jim took the Healey down to Penzance for its MOT, so I took the dogs to the beach
Some seaweed but didn't see any Portuguese Man O'War
You can see the way the water runs off the field and down the cliff, it's really wearing away
Lovely sky looking North
Wooster suddenly spotted three of his Winter friends
Wooster just loves to run in the water - not bothered about the ball
I had kept Tilly on her lead as there was a lot of seaweed and she's naughty and eats it
Later I spotted the lovely Santiana with her unusual junk sails
Afternoon walkies with a little more cloud
Assume these are this years juvenile Little Egrets
Thought the big one might be a Whimbrel, but its beak was quite pink
Maybe a Sandpiper
A Seal enjoying the late afternoon sun
Another friend this evening - he'll never need a fleece jumper
Murphy might tomorrow as he's off for a trim
Spotted what's left of Wooster's tennis ball by the gate - he still takes it with him each morning
The Grevillia flower is out with two more to come
The sun going down into the clouds
A beautiful end to the day
Thank you Sue a lovely album to start the day!bit grey at the moment certainly an autumn nip in the air.Fifty two years ago we were in Cornwall (on honeymoon) and went swimming every day!!Lovely box of 'Scilly sunshine' arrived yesterday.....what a scent! once again thank you for all your time and effort..macca.
ReplyDeleteSadly our weather seems to have suddenly got very chilly, even Jim is contemplating long trousers. Pity as Autumn can be so wonderful down here. Tilly is just glad she's got her jumper. Sue
