Wednesday

Strange light on Scillonian III  as she left the bay
Off went Jim & the dogs up the hill
Rather grey again
Lots going on in preparation for the  changeover to the new underground cable  so that the cables you can see will be removed
Not usually so busy on the field
First sighting a a big flock of Starlings
Meanwhile I went into Penzance - tide out and not many boats left on the harbour
A couple kindly pointed out this amazing Kingfisher standing on the outboard of a RIB
Marine Discovery's Shearwater II back in the harbour after going into the wet dock during the storm
Not easy to get a shot of the work to sort out the damage to Mali Rose - the hole is a heck of a lot bigger now !
Lots of welding inside
Ramshackle already in the boat pen - but not as many as I had thought - lots of the local yachts are obviously still in the wet dock - but they'll be wanting to lift them out soon
Zingaro For Sale
While I was out Jim had mowed the lawn- always looks nice just after it's been done
Afternoon walkies past this lovely Cape Honeysuckle that is starting to flower
After some nice sun during the day it was back to grey
Well - all sorts of colours today

High Tide and a huge amount of seaweed at this end of the beach

Wow ! hardly recognised Murphy he's had a trim
Love the fluffy tail
The black cloud had risen up higher
