Friday

Another nice sunrise

My day for morning walkies and for once it was fine & sunny
Nice and clear this morning

General Cargo vessel Cemi, I assume sheltering in the bay she later left for Seville

Quite a lot of rain recently
Wooster and Tilly went exploring up the Point

Good day for some dog fun on the beach
Christmas Eve at The Cabin
Took the dogs down to the beach so that Wooster could say Hello to Kate's Setters that he loves
Tide coming in fast
Sad moment to turn the last page on my last ever calendar today
Gry Maritha heading out to Scilly and passing Scillonian III on her way back in after a quick trip over this morning
Noticed this navy vessel out on the horizon turned out it was P283 HMS Mersey
Afternoon walkies past the now very neatly re-built wall
Nice sunset

Sadly there was the usual dark cloud waiting
A quick hello from Murphy

  1. Sad to read that the calendar will not be published any more. Thank you for the lovely ones you have produced since I've known you. I will keep them to always remind me of beautiful Perranuthnoe and Trebarvah. An appropriate photo. to end with - lovely!
Lovely photos again today. Beautiful sunrise and sunset shots, especially the first one. Have been enjoying seeing the sunrise over Trebarvah lately. The moon over Trebarvah is lovely too. Could be the title for a book "Moon Over Trebarvah"
It's been raining on and off since yesterday with several places and we been warned there will be a lot more today and showers on Sunday. Wish me luck as I venture up to the Dandenong Ranges after lunch. The "Sing Australia" group will be entertaining the residents of an aged care home with a Christmas concert.
    Enjoy your week-end.

    1. I'm sad about the calendars too Betty, but since Google started to change the way they save my photos on here it takes a heck of a lot longer to go through the whole year - have to scan through day by day! When the Christmas Tree Lights committee changed the way they do the children's gifts I was told that they didn't need the money I raised any more so it seemed a good time to stop - I did hope that I might find the time to get some done for Special people like yourself, but I've got far more Winter bookings at Oamaru this year so the Winter Maintenance has to be done soon as well as preparing for three lots of visitors at home.
Do hope the rain stops for you - I remember how beautiful the Dandenong Ranges are from photos - and the concert goes well ! Sue

    1. Hello - see explanation in full above - I do feel sad, but just not enough hours in the day and I like to keep the daily photos going as it's like my diary. Sue
