Sunday

The sun finding a gap in the clouds
Just for a few minutes
As we walked up the hill we could see blue sky over the North Coast
We then walked down the track towards the beach
After so much rain the beach was very wet with water running out from the cliffs

The sand has been scoured away from the rock armour
Still pouring out of the land drain

Amazing to see how high the gravel looks with so much sand gone
Wooster had a nice run around

All early morning surfers had gone
The sun out at sea - and evidently shining on Scilly for most of the day
Quite a number of these almost in flower
FY570 Silvery Sea on her way back to Newlyn after a days fishing
I took the dogs up the hill in the late afternoon

Vessel passing Wolf Rock
Really nice sky to the SE
Just some brightness behind the high cloud

Quite a nice end to the day

    1. Weather still a mess - gales and rain every day this week - not much to look forward to ! Didn't see the Michael Portillo program - have seen some of the others.
