We were so lucky this morning whilst all the areas under the pink were getting snow (that included the Isles of Scilly) we had a lovely warm and sunny morning - but we knew it couldn't last

Very low tide and I suspect that these two were tring to get right out onto The Greeb rocks - but failed as there is a deep channel a bit further along

Took a long time to settle as the ground was so wet

Hopefully these assorted palms close to the house will be OK
Not sure that the lovely Norfolk Island Pine will survive
Scillonian III sets sail for Scilly for the first time tomorrow - not sure I'll be there to watch as I usually do
What a contrast from morning to afternoon. I imagine you are a bit tired of icy weather. Even though the sun was shining, no doubt the air was very cold.

Supposed to be warming up a bit. but the wind chill today was really horrible. Hope that the last we'll see of snow this Spring.
