PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Friday - Newlyn under lockdown for a while !

 Think perhaps we all guessed that something was afoot when the Border Force cutter Vigilant was seen several times recently, - well today it would appear they captured their prey. A rather nice looking yacht called Marcia has been brought into Newlyn and initially there seemed to be some concern that there may be explosives on board - as well as drugs ! Bomb Squad was brought in.
Two men have been arrested on suspected drug trafficking offences
This was the scene from the "Through the Gaps" Newlyn webcam this agternoon.  The Harbour Master has re-opened the harbour to vessels and people !
