PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Friday

 As expected a very different morning
Showers around 

Some heavier rain approaching - but it wasn't much 
Our original Hibiscus are starting to flower 
Another day another cruise ship - Azamara Pursuit from Belfast to Southampton 
Wooster still on short walkies as a precaution and with rain approaching it wasn't a bad idea 

Wind has really got up and it's due to be much worse on Sunday 
Mousehole barely visible behind a very heavy shower approaching

I do envy you your beautiful blue Hibiscus,I love blue flowers especially Agapanthus,mine are very poor this year.....except I have three white blooms as big as pudding basins!,growing in the rose bed!A few years ago I tried to grow some from seed...no joy,I must have thrown the compost on the garden!Cooler today...no fans required!Thirty five yesterday! followed by an evening of thunder and lightening,a little rain in the night 'not a lot'Hope your knee is a little more comfortable today.Thank you Sue.macca.

    1. Think the garden has done OK as the trees give some shade - most of the lawn was still green with no watering at all. Lots of heavy showers and rather windy - quite a number of events were cancelled - such a pity after all the fine weather. Hope you're feeling better now it's cooler. Sue
