After the electrical problem that prevented her sailing on Tuesday it was good to see her setting of for The Islands again
I had to go to the Dentist in Truro and since my knee isn't quite ready for 2 x 45 minute drives I roped in the chauffeur and his dog - who went off to walk alongside the Tresillian River. This path was never usually this overgrown with the reeds
We used to live right up at the end of the muddy river bed - tide was well out unfortunately
Lovely wooded walk
The latest high Spring Tide had covered the grass
Since the water is brackish the grass isn't keen !
Just a dribble in the stream
A little more in this one that runs out of the pool
Grey Heron
Curlew didn't want its photo taken
Little Egret
St Clement
Such a lovely village and only a couple of miles out of Truro City
Filling replaced and we set off for home - Jim took Wooster for a quick walk before we had a barbecue for our visitors
RNLI Penlee Lifeboat heading towards Porthleven for training exercise and possibly a visit to a local hostelry
Inshore Lifeboat the Mollie and Ivor Dent
