Wednesday

Start of a busy day - it was Jim's birthday
Rather grey, but the cloud was starting to break up as we went to the funeral of a well loved village gentleman in a packed Church
It turned into a beautiful afternoon and although there was a brisk breeze I think the beach was at least partly sheltered from it

Afternoon walkies over the hill to Trenow

We met this super young Wire Haired Vizsla
The Cauliflowers/Broccoli growing well
Lovely Comma butterfly resting on the hedge
Grayhound sailing around in the bay
 Kestrel on the wire
With a much faster moving owner the Vizsla caught us up again having done the loop out towards Marazion Cemetery
Grayhound on her way to anchor for the night off Mousehole

People not wanting to leave today
We then gave Wooster his dinner and settled him down - got ourselves ready and went out for Jim's birthday dinner at Kota in Porthleven  - superb food as always, but  very very slow due to them being so busy. First course arrived after we'd been there an hour. Think we'll leave his birthday dinner next year until after the Bank Holiday week is over.
