Nice start to the day
Jim took the dogs out and said it was warmer than he expected
Spot of training
No idea why he likes to stand in the middle of the Gorse
The cold winds have not been good for Jim's breathing and he was feeling a bit rought this afternoon so I took the dogs up towards Ednovean and round to Trebarvah
It was much cloudier by then
Looking back over the horsefields
Sorry not very interesting, but that's all for today
Had a long catch up on your blog, and enjoyed the sunsets and pictures of Newlyn. I can relate to your cold weather now as we have just spent eight days in New York visiting the new granddaughter. It was really cold with 7 deg F on the coldest day, and barely above 32 most other days. The icy winds off the Hudson were the worst. One day the snow was almost horizontal, but luckily we had just reached the apartment we rented, so could marvel at it from inside. I suspect this will all be crossing the Atlantic soon! We arrived back in San Diego to wet, stormy weather and I have just spent a happy hour cleaning out the pool from twigs, leaves and liquid amber seed pods. Some I can't reach at the deep end so the pool guy will have his work cut out. Keep warm on your walks, and I enjoy seeing Maisie. Wooster seems very tolerant and will teach her the ropes.
ReplyDeleteCrumbs that really does sound far too cold. We have been lucky really as the rain that we had turned to snow around Camborne and then onwards as it went East. Not sure how little Maisie would have coped. Please don't sent the cold weather this way ! ! Sympathise with you about the pool - before we properly enclosed ours we used to get lots of leaves etc in - such a pain. Pleased we had the depth taken out of ours - now only around 4ft.6" at the deep end. Forecast is not looking good - very changeable and sadly the footpaths are getting very muddy. Sue
