Friday

Up really early to take down the centre curtains in the lounge ready for the Window Fitters - fortunately it was quite a fine start to the day

Wooster and Maisie found a poorly little bunny

A bit of Mackerel Sky and it gradually started to cloud over
Spotted Mali Rose setting off nice and early for Scilly - to allow the Shore crew to unload and load at a better time of day - and get Mali Rose back in Penzance in good time
The day had now got even busier as I'd got a sight test appointment and my car needed to be collected from Helston. Whilst I was out Jim noticed that the drizzle had stopped and took the dogs for a quick walkies

Dogs walked and Hetty collected with her lovely new Tyres and MOT and fish and chip dinner Phew !
Window fitters back on Monday to finish upstairs and replace one of the old windows downstairs

  1. Just catching up, windows look beautiful, hope your pleased with them. Hope Storm Freya will be kind to you all down there tomorrow and the new windows stay well fixed in place. Probably all the spring flowers will be trashed with the high winds. Stay safe.

    1. Windows have survived - but some draughts as they're not finished yet. Wind has calmed down now- hope they can manage to finish off tomorrow.
