Another lovely morning and we were up much earlier than usual as Jim's sister and husband needed a lift to the station
So nice to see her cute little body out from under the jumper
Almost home, whilst I carried on from Penzance up the A30 to B&Q at Pool, then back down to M&S and then home. We decided that we ought to make use of the fine afternoon so we set off for Trewidden Garden at Buryas Bridge near Penzance
Love to see the Magnolias with the blue sky behind
The wonderful Tree Fern Dell
Some wonderful Azaleas
Super Gunnera
One of the few Rhododendrons in flower
View as Jim drove down the Penzance bypass was wonderful as always
Sunset at dinner time again
Thank you once again Sue for the visit to Trewidden Gardens. Many happy memories of visiting there with Terry. Looks like we are in for good weather this week, so best make the most of it. Hope Wooster is showing some improvement.
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy, we've kept failing to get to see at least one of the lovely gardens in Spring, so at least we managed Trewidden as it's rather nice and not too big. Maisie didn't mind too much and there's a nice cafe run by Dave who was at The Victoria and who also runs a super cafe in Newlyn. Wooster seems to have fully recovered thanks - big dogs like him (and horses) can be prone to twisted guts so Vet wanted to check him - never seen a dog drool like that.
