Saturday

Still blowing a hooley, but round to the NW by this morning
There were heavy showers around

I went into Penzance and there was Mali Rose all loaded and ready to go
With some unusual cargo - Radio Cornwall van - to prepare for the World Gig Rowing Championships next weekend I expect - and  Scilly Rascal
Scillonian III had a delayed start in the hope that the wind and sea state would calm down

I drove round the bay to Mousehole to see SCIII come past
Relatively sheltered in the bay here - but not further out !
Setting off behind and much slower was Mali Rose

Massive shower cloud as I walked back to the car
Forgot to say - great coffee at Rockpool Cafe
Looking across the bay to home
Our garden will soon be a mass of these Libertia Grandiflora
Afternoon walkies
