Rain until mid morning when it almost stopped for a while
Just a quick walk
Mali Rose had been out in the bay all night and was now waiting for the tide before entering the wet dock
Afternoon walkies - again in a break in the rain
Sea still rough as it's still windy
Wooster wanting to play
Love the way they play now - trusting each other
Lovely to see Wooster and Maisie playing together!
ReplyDeleteI have not looked at your blog for a while so went all the way back into March and enjoyed your trip to Trewidden and Penrose. I've been to those, but always on my own as Roland was busy at work here. However he retired a week ago so now I will always have company for my walks and to share the beauty of the gardens I love to visit. The flowers in the village and Trewidden look lovely so I am looking forward to being back home later next month.
We have had a fairly rainy season, with rainfall above 11 inches, so for us that is quite a bit. Even my garden looks a lot better for it with plenty of blossom on the peach, nectarine and plum trees, and now the pomegranate has plenty of flowers so I'm hoping for more fruit this year.
We've had a strange Spring - some lovely warm weather - then suddenly it was like Winter again, but the Spring flowers were all ready to go, so early blooms in the cold weather - really odd. Supposed to be nice and warm again this week - hope they're right this time ! Hope you and Roland enjoy his retirement - can take time to get used to it ! Sue
