Sue's day - a visit to the gardens on St Michael's Mount

One last thing on Betty's list was a visit to the gardens on The Mount - so since I'd never been we got a lift down with Jim and then a boat ride to The Mount
Cool wind but lots of sunshine

Sea still quite wild in the wind

Lots of these, but no idea what they were

Really enjoyed seeing all these succulents as we climbed up the steps
It had turned into a stunning day and since we were now out of the wind it was quite warm

Looking right across Perranuthnoe to Trebarvah

Such an amazing place
Mousehole
Another mystery plant

Amazing that this Agave should flower in such an exposed spot
Walking back towards the Harbour - where we had coffee and cake in the Sail Loft
Tide now well out
So off we went - walking back along The Causeway
Looking really good now it's been renovated after all the storm damage of a few years ago

There we were back at Marazion where Jim was waiting for us
