Tuesday

So good to have another fine morning

I set off for Penzance as I was booked in for an eye test to get new reading glasses at last !

Little Turnstone - Always bits of Pastie left behind by the Herring Gulls  who tend to badger the people sitting along the edge of the harbour
The rather distinctive orange Zulu being transformed by Mr Thiel
Thought I'd get a shot of these pink Pampas grasses - they were not correctly labelled in the pot and far too tall for our site - every year they get blown over very quickly
We walked down to the beach ramp to take a few shots
Looking good
Some hard work gone into that channel
A few more clouds again but it was still warm

Some nice mackerel sky appearing
Think that this is the Scenic Tours helicopter
Distant shot of a lugger crossing the bay
Beautiful

The lugger Grayhound setting out in the evening glow
Well in some ways it's good to see the setting sun
But it also means we're heading for Autumn and Winter
