Wednesday

When I got up there was a shower crossing the bay, but that soon cleared and it was looking great when Jim took the dogs up the hill

Little Lucy saying hello to Wooster
Scillonian III just setting off

Scillonian passing Arklow Vanguard - sadly due to the forecast weather conditions  one of her trips to Scilly on Saturday has been cancelled - she's just doing the afternoon one - hopefully !
Irene was going around the bay today - now at anchor off Mousehole
Arklow Vanguard setting off for Rouen this afternoon
Car Park looking full
Busy in the water
We got the Hayter mower back today so Jim went out to mow the lawn helped by his trusty companions
We've removed the fencing around this bed and Maisie loves to go exploring - just wish she was good at weeding !
More and more of the Hibiscus flowers are coming out - they always seem to get a storm !
General cargo vessel Medal came into the bay from Waterford - waiting for orders

Jim's G&T reward for mowing the lawn

I unfortunately forgot to open the poolhouse windows - Max. temp 44.5c Phew !  soon cooled down a bit with the windows open
Just the usual walkies - dogs enjoy it and my knees don't complain too much

Tomorrow I've got to attempt to get to Truro and back for my eye(s) post op. check-up - I might be gone for some time !
