PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Friday

No photos today - Jim took the dogs out  for a quick walkies as we had to go out. Weather not suitable for taking a camera. 
We then decided to leave Wooster and Maisie at home as we had to go up to The Duchy Hospital for my Physio check-up and the weather was getting worse and worse so they wouldn't have got out of the car. 
All OK with the knee - got a good bend and can now move on to the more advanced exercises (Oh goodie) One crutch is fine around the house - just two when out and about. We then came straight home and it looked like the dogs had slept the whole time. As you can see from the above wind chart it's still blowing a hoolie which is smashing the rain onto the windows. So just a quick visit to the garden for the dogs after dinner. Night off for me Goodie goodie !
