Thursday - Just a long diary note for today

Sadly no photos today
It started very early for me as I'd decided to break cover and go to the over 70's early morning shop at Sainsbury's.
Up at 6am and fed the dogs and got ready to head out. Jim had not had a good night with his toothache - fortunately I had found some old Paracetamol & codeine (from his last dental problem)  which helped for a few hours.
Although I did manage to get most of the food that I wanted I was shocked that it was so busy we were all crammed together which is not the way it should be. I really wanted to get out but had to queue quite a while for the till. I did manage to get Jim some more Solpedeine Max and then called in at Morrisons to get the remainder of my list. Then on to Marazion to post a parcel Phew. Dogs were looking confused when I got home as Jim had already left to go up to the dentist near St Agnes - found out it was either a root canal or extraction. Sadly he didn't phone to discuss this and decided to go up to an associate dentist in Wadebridge to try to sort it out. Got there with help from my instructions but decided that unlike our dentist this was busy and crowded and he wasn't happy - so back to St Agnes to make an appointment for an extraction at 3.30pm. as he had now discovered that due to the difficulties with the virus they are in fact going to close.  He then drove home and had a rest and cup of tea before we all set off back to St Agnes - with me driving ! He went in and I took the dogs for a walk around the super grounds of the Dentists/Campsite (strange combination but it works) Sadly in all the rush I'd forgotten the camera but there are super views from Godrevy Lighthouse to St Agnes Beacon. Home we came tired but at least the pain is almost gone !
Hopefully back to normal tomorrow !

  1. Stressful times. Glad to know that Jim will now be pain free. I'm self isolating except to go to the chemist to pick up medication once a month. My daughter who lives very close is shopping for food for me.
Hope you are still able to continue with your lovely photos. I'm looking forward to Spring in Perranuthnoe and around about :)
Keep well Sue & Jim and Wooster & Maisie.
