Thursday

Glorious again - but this time with an Easterly wind

A snatched shot with me half in and half out of my car. Very small butterfly/moth -
Will keep looking !
Afternoon walkies

The wind pushing the water in

All the palm trees are flowering
Swallow above us as we walked up towards Trebarvah
We've seen a few more this year - very few last year

This Wild Iris is much darker than the rest and although their nickname is Stinky Iris I've had a good sniff and - no smell  at all !
Popped downstairs  for my camera and there they were - so nosey ! We don't need the stair gate any more as Maisie opens it herself - but on occasions we prop it shut to keep them upstairs if we need to
Thought Maisie was just hot, but looking at her back foot wonder if she's burned it - will looks at it properly in daylight
