PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Monday

 Another lovely morning
With a super sky 

Onto the field for a run 
and more training 


I popped into Penzance 

A panorama of the harbour 
Back home and it was looking wonderful down there 
Later on - Kayaks on a shimmering sea 
Afternoon walkies - still glorious but with a nice cooling breeze 
Ahem ! a bit of a dispute over whether this should try to get up the track to the Longcliffs site - noticed later it's up there ! 

17-36 Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen on a shout to an area near the old Trewavas Mine - noticed later that the Inshore Lifeboat also attended

Never seen anyone right down at the end of Cudden Point - was a little concerned that the wash from the Lifeboat might knock him off
