Surfers were back this morning
With a brisk NW wind
Not too bad on the field
Just a Merlin today
Was sitting at the desk when this Kestrel plopped onto the narrow wall in front of the glass screen on the patio. Took these photos through 4 layers of glass as I knew if I moved the dogs would move and disturb it.
Suspect it might be a juvenile
Wondered if it could see me
It wandered to the end looking over the fields for a meal then flew off.
New gate and posts today as the old posts were moving - lovely to be able to open it easily
Off up the hill this afternoon
Still surfing
Nice to have some sunshine - every now and then

Some nice waves with the incoming tide

Rather more cloud suddenly appeared

Nice little patch of sunlight

Wooster wanting to play on the field again
But Maisie had been spooked again by people on the footpath
Just wouldn't Move
Need to find something to distract her

Off to work again
