Tuesday

Busy day today - started off with our 53rd Wedding Anniversary cards
Jim took the dogs up the hill on yet another cold morning

Yet again the Crow was going for the Buzzard
Got him - but they both flew off
Quick run on the field
Next was the arrival of Scot from Duchy Pest Control along with Ian from Trelawney Maintenance Services who had come to install Seagull spikes on both ours and next doors roof  as they tended to go from one to the other - all day long from 5am.
Next we drove up the A30 to Revitalise Dental Centre near St Agnes for our check-ups. Jim took the dogs for a wander around their immaculate grounds

Love this !
Roof and chimney well and truly sorted. Sadly as well as the early morning bashing around, Maisie either hates the gulls or is scared of them - but she barks at them from the balcony which drives us mad.
Just another walk up the hill in the wind which is getting stronger

Sad to see so many yellow Daffodil fields as that means they have not been picked in time
Sea state had changed during the day
Noticed we have a flower on our Camellia bush - sadly we had to prune it back off the footpath and all the buds with it
Never sure what this is - sadly the flower head is always too heavy for the stem

  2. Hi Sue. As usual a big "Thank You" for the neverending flow of wonderful pictures from our beloved Perranuthnoe. About the yellow flower I have a suggestion: Could it be a special form of Daffodil, called "Rip van Winkle"? I found pictures on the net that look quite similar.
    Greetings from Bochum

    1. Apologies to "Bochum" I failed to see that there were two comments - so sorry ! I'm sure you are right - does look like Rip Van Winkle - but sadly the always fall over as their stem is very thin. Sue

Have had to add the word verification as I am getting lots of obscene messages in the comments
