Wednesday

Misty start to the day
Much warmer as there was no wind
Through the mist - Scillonian III out in the bay with the Penlee Lifeboat testing their new tow rope

Quick run around the field
Pair of Goldfinches in the Pine tree
I popped into Penzance - these Turnstones were happy as someone was throwing them some crumbs
So good to see some boats in the harbour
Marine Discovery's Shearwater II ready and waiting for permission to do trips again
Gry Maritha loading up for Scilly

Scillonian III back on Lighthouse Pier
Mermaid II looking good

Huge beach again today
Unidentified Naval looking vessel in the mist
It was so warm and pleasant we went out early with the dogs
We walked up to Trebarvah and then across the fields to Trevean
Not easy for Maisie or Jim when she has to stay on her lead
Main thing is - not to drop the lead
Mist had appeared around The Mount
Looking good at Beares Den Camping site - won't be long now !

Wooster being stroked by a family we met - Maisie not keen !

Almost at the turn for home
Love these little Ferns

Both the Gorse and Blackthorn were looking wonderful

Lots of Violets along here
We went up the narrow path that leads to Trebarvah - at least it had more or less dried out now
Lots of Violets and Celandines
Super view from here
