Lots of reflected colour

Great way to start a holiday at Old Town Cafe
We then walked back to Hugh Town via Peninnis

Looking back towards Porthcressa
Irene sailing off round St Mary's
Next day and the weather had changed and there was a big swell. Unfortunately we had said we would go to see the Puffins on Annet and then spend the day on St Agnes. Our Boat "Captain" decided to take us further out - behind Samson and into the big swell - since my back was already painful it was not what we wanted heaving and crashing around ! !

He decided that we didn't look like we were enjoying ourselves as heavy mizzle was now coming down and the cameras had to go into the bags - so after dropping 2 off at St Agnes we went back to St Mary's to dry off and warm up. Poor dogs were very pleased to see land again
Irene back again
Both Pointers on duty

Nice and fine the next morning - but sadly my back was really painful - so off we went around The Garrison
The lovely view down the Tresco Channel
The second hillwalking up from Hugh Town
Back to our room - on the left
Two young Thrushes as we walked the dogs after dinner
Whatever it was - it was a big one !
Seaking off to St Agnes with a boat full
Small cruise ship Island Sky had arrived
Carried her own boats

Amazed to see the hole in these rocks is still there
Not a real sunset, but nice colour

The Norfolk Island Pine close to Porthcressa

Woolpack Battery - always a favourite of Nicks
By now Wally the Walrus was causing lots of excitement and although you can't see him he was hauled out on Nut Rock here
Rather an odd looking boat
