Wednesday

Sunrise this morning

Looked good but was rather cold first thing
Off went Jim and the dogs
Surfers were already there before 8am

We decided that we really ought to take our Christmas present (Mini Countryman bought online via Cazoo) out for a proper drive - can you  guess where we went ? Always think this is a unusual chimney
Yes we went to one of out favourite Winter walks - Penrose, sadly the walk we normally do was very very muddy and I'm scared of slipping over, so we went down the made up road
Loe Pool or The Loe as it should be called
It was looking very calm, but sadly The Stables Cafe was closed and it was really very cold under the trees - so back out into the sun we went
We walked along to the Lodge House

Then turned around and headed back to the car

Wooster spotted this Squirrel - we haven't seen one for years
Can't believe Maisie didn't spot it
The enjoyed the trip out and are very pleased with the car - Jim took the dogs to the field for a run after we'd done the recycling and bin
Hard to believe that Wooster is the same dog who wanders aimlessly around at night
So full of energy
Sun getting low in the sky

Tonight's moon photo
Quite a number still there - but not as many as yesterday

Down it went - amazing to see how far it has moved already
Quite some time after sunset and there was still colour
