PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

I've been catching up on your recent pictures and saw the unidentified large raptor flying over the sea earlier this week. I just wondered whether this could have been one of the young white-tailed eagles that have been released on the Isle of Wight in recent years. These are wide ranging and it would be interesting to know if there had been any other sightings in Cornwall around that time.
Looking forward to more pictures of Wooster, Maisie and their friends.

Hi, Pleased you enjoy the photos - I should have re-posted about it - sorry. I put it onto Cornwall Birding and it got mixed "reviews" A White Tailed Eagle had been sighted in Cornwall the day before - but the photos were not really good enough and could have just been a Common Buzzard that fancied a flight out over Mount's Bay - not something we've seen before.
