Tuesday

Nice morning with some showers around

Nice Speckled Wood butterfly
Speedy lady
White-Tailed bumblebee on the Honeysuckle
Rig Excalibur being towed to Falmouth by tug Dutch Pearl
Visborg, one of the Irish ferries

Cruise ship Silver Cloud had called into Scilly this morning on her way from Canada & St Kilda to visit Tresco before continuing to Southampton
We walked up the hill and onwards over the cattle field
You're disturbing my dinner ! !
The youngsters were more interested in us this time
and followed us all the way along the field - electric fence between us - I was rather nervous as one or two kept bellowing
Looking right over to The Lizard
Beares Den Camp Site is using the upper field as well

Sadly both footpaths down from here are tricky and overgrown

Phew - that's better

You can just about make out the caterpillars in amongst the masses of huge webs
First Common Blue of the year

The flag is up
Shades of purple, green and blue
Nice run around at the end of the walk
