Was surprised to see that cruise ship Silver Wind had arrived overnight - she put her own boats down to take people to Penzance
As Silver Wind was leaving the Sail Training Ship Tenacious arrived
Followed by Border Force vessel Vigilant
Lovely and unusual Poppy
Nice big beach
Kipper and Luna slowly heading up the hill
Nice light on TenaciousI went into Penzance and parked in the new Maritime Car Park -
You enter by going past the bus station and turning near the launch ramp - proceeds go towards the Harbour upkeep - had to pay via Just Pay but was fine ! Hopefully the machines will be in service soon
You leave the way you came in
Harbour looking busy
KMS Terramare - resting at the moment as the boss is away
Harbour looking good
Tenacious from Battery Rocks
Vigilant still meandering around
Water in the dry dock - assume they're expecting a new customer
Our Bottle Brushes have suddenly burst into flower
TS Jack Petchey crossing the bay and now in The Helford
Mermaid II
22 metre Gaff Ketch Maybe crossing to anchor off The Mount
Spotted this nasty looking thing on the window - it's called a Ichneumon - a parasitic insect - fortunately it flew away
Really very hot today so we had a gentle walk up the hill into the breeze
