Thursday

A little overnight rain, but fine this morning

Fisheries Patrol vessel St Piran

Smudger came close in and is in the harbour on St Michael's Mount
I'm struggling with a very painful shoulder so Jim was kind enough to take the dogs this afternoon - can't use my walking pole and struggle to lift the camera
Nice fine afternoon
Down the hill they came

The Elderberries are starting to ripen around the field
Phew ! roof all safe now as blockwork is done - just got to be rendered - new lights called for I think
The inside
Suddenly heard the very distinctive "wokka" sound of two Chinooks that came behind the house - tailgate down - I painfully grabbed Jim's camera and grabbed these shots

Not sure if that was cloud or smoke
Off they went on a Land's End tour
Scillonian III arriving back in Mount's Bay
Noticed that General Cargo Afalina had come into the bay from Londonderry
Nice bit of colour again
