Tuesday

Rather more cloud this morning - but it was still hot & humid

Off she goes on a glassy sea

Usual run around
I popped into Penzance and was amazed at how many boats were in the harbour
Don't think I've ever seen it this full
Sea like a pond
Some distant haze with Irish ferry Visborg in the centre

My day suddenly went from bad to worse - I was strimming the dead flower heads on the wildflower section when a stone flew up and smashed into the patio door - thank goodness it's safety glass
The I was walking through into the kitchen and caught my arm on the catch on the door post and scraped a chunk of skin off my arm - I was struggling to find a plaster, but it didn't stay on as I was hot and still bleeding - so I had to resort to the Doggy First Aid Box which was much better equipped !
Love the patterns in the water
Working on the fields again

Red Admiral - only about the second I've seen this year
We only took the dogs up the hill and around the spoil heap as it was still really hot

Just a quick run around the field
Maisie disgraced herself and rolled in something really smelly and had a good telling off
Wooster wasn't bothered

Thicker cloud coming from the NW
The moon rising over Trebarvah

The setting sun lighting up the clouds
