Tuesday

We knew there might be showers, but after a very hot and humid night the rumble of thunder started - it went on for a long time then suddenly Bang ! a really loud crash of thunder - assume it was when the wind turbine at St Piran's Hall was struck. Poor little Maisie went into panic mode and wanted to find a safe place - at first she joined Wooster on his bed - then clambered over the back and under our bed. She stayed there until well after it was all over ! Not really a lot of rain - pity and the plants could do with it
Walkies after breakfast and the rain had stopped - there was even some blue sky

Some nice boats around - think this might be a catamaran

Rona II just about to set off for Scilly

Later in the morning - strange line in the sea - think it was the wind about to change from North to South West - moments later it was gone
Not as many cars today

Still plenty down on the beach
Got rather cloudy as we walked the dogs and it even felt rather chilly in the wind
