Thursday

Good morning Tess
Rain had just finished by dog walking

Bit of brightness on THV Patricia

Nice to see PZ92 - not been around for a while

After my shopping trip to Sainsbury's I was having a coffee when I noticed this very long lorry attempting to reverse into the builders store area.  Many,  many attempts and blocking the road for 20 minutes plus
It was in - and the driver proceeded to offload the concrete beams for the block & beam floors. There was then what appeared to be a problem with exactly what had been delivered - lots of counting and walking around. Then eventually it was time to attempt to get it back out onto the very narrow lane next to Blue Burrow
That was as far as it would go - with the trailer right in the wall and cab jack-knifed round. and the lane blocked again
Someone had a good idea and the cab was disconnected and turned around
It just about squeezed through - hope there was no damage to the lovely new wall at Morlais.
After three hours plus off he went - Kept me entertained !
Sadly the mist and mizzle kept flowing across us, so we just took the dogs down to the field
No view across the bay
Really healthy looking Sloes on some of the bushes
I tried to get some more photos of the Pineapple Lilly flowers ( Eucomis)
Sadly they have been knocked down by the heavy rain
