Monday

Very windy morning with lots more rain in the forecast

Low cloud all round the bay
Wild sea

Scillonian III setting off
Video of SCIII as she starts to heave up and down
Gry Maritha setting off early

Popped out in a brighter moment to take a photo of these Pampas grasses - pink ones were bought in error as they are too tall and always blow over
All the rest of the Pampas Grasses are really late this year
The coloured blobs are lightning - although we didn't notice any thunder and Maisie usually does !
Afternoon walkies in between the very heavy periods of rain

Sea still very wild

Spotted this for the first time - known as Black Bryony, Black Bindweed or Ladies Seal - be warned - very poisonous - fortunately these are high up and in the middle of other bushes
Like a string of beads
Lots of Sloes everywhere

Next lot of rain approaching fast

We were lucky this missed us and was further East - every coloured spot is lightning - massive amount
