PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Tuesday

I had an appointment for a blood test at the surgery and a little later Jim saw one of the GP's who prescribed him more of the Anti-Biotics - but sadly the pharmacy at the surgery didn't have any ! So Jim drove home and I rang around and found them at Lloyds in Sainsbury's - we will really miss them as they are closing soon.

As it was such a fine and sunny afternoon Jim decided to take the dogs - on the understanding not to overdo it !
