Saturday

First thing this morning blue sky with a huge area of low cloud moving away
Looked like a nice fine morning

Only an hour or so later and mist had enveloped Mount's Bay again. Fortunately it moved away again so we decided to walk down Boat Cove Lane for a change
Lovely Aubretia - always a sign of Spring arriving
Mist still wafting around and it looked like the fields were steaming

Lovely Cornish Hedge of Daffodils

Super Camellia
The Mount still shrouded in mist
Have always loved to see the remnants of the bulb fields flowering in the hedges down Boat Cove Lane. This clump is really lovely
Potatoes under polythene
Mist moving away again
Three surfers on the reef

A Seal keeping an eye on them

Nice waves round the corner - but too close in

Boat Cove full of Seaweed

The Seal had moved round with The Greeb Rocks behind - sorry turns out it was a pot-marker
Out on Men Du Point

Surfers waiting for a wave

We called into The Cabin for a light lunch of a shared Bacon & Cranberry Ciabatta with Jim's half having the Brie !
Super Aeoniums flowering in a sheltered spot
Maisie having a run when we got home
Later on I spotted Scillonian III out and about in The Bay - getting ready for her first trip to Scilly on Monday
Later I set off to take the dogs up the hill
Sadly more low cloud and drizzle came across the bay again
So we didn't go far
Spotted this just as dinner was ready
