Saturday

Just like Groundhog Day - fine start with blue sky, but rain already appearing off Scilly

Sea not quite as wild today

Standing on the balcony waiting for Scillonian III to appear and spotted the Agapanthus flower - sheltered from the worst of the wind and rain
Off she went passing the old Penlee Lifeboat House
We always said there's a hole off Mousehole - down she went

Afternoon walkies and once again rain approaching - thank goodness for Net Weather Radar Extra as it means we can try to time our walks in between the rain. Really don't want Jim to get caught in a heavy shower !

We met Alan with two of their dogs - I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten their names - they barked at ours and Maisie was for once a bit worried
Decided not to go any closer - but they were fine when we started to walk along together

Getting rather dark

Maisie checking the perimeter as always
Amazing how fast the Blackthorn hedges have flowered
