Friday

Nice morning but rather more cloud

Been several years since we had the constant noise of Merlins from RNAS Culdrose and Family Day - showing the families of this years trainees the beauty of Mount's Bay as seen from a helicopter

Some were closer than others
Setting up the Water Station ready for tomorrows Lizard to Land's End Classic Quarter race along the coastal footpath
Knocked over by the scaffolding lorry - but still keeping bees happy
Mexican Fleabane - Self seeding all over the place up on the drive
Sad sight of one of the older trawlers leaving Newlyn for the last time - being towed to Terneuzen Holland for scrapping by Multrasalvor3
Afternoon walkies - more cloud and wind

Wonder if some dog is really missing this - it's next to the gate to Maisi'e field on The Churchway footpath
We thought that the lane past Longcliffs was due to re-open on 20th May, but clicking on the map on the Cornwall Council website it shows 3rd June Grrr.
Really very annoying !
