Goldie back at the Lakeside
Wooster enjoying his walks
Grey Heron giving a Coot a hard time
Wondered if this was it's nest site
Looking triumphant
Wooster was much braver and walked the boardwalk

The pretty but much hated Ponticum Rhododendron
Close to the cabin - Coot and chicks
Great Crested Grebe and chick
Not s ure if this is the same Coot - but only one chick
Jim wanted to find this viewpoint last year - didn't realise that there isn't a car park - Finchampstead Ridges
A pond in the lower wood
Wonderful road called Wellingtonia Road as there are lots of these magnificent Wellingtonia (Sequoia) trees planted in 1869 to commemorate the deat of the Duke of Wellington who lived nearby
Sorry a bit out of order - but the view from the top used to better I gather
Better view of one of the massive trees as we walked back to the car
We drove to Benson Waterfront and walked along the Thames footpath and then had lunch at the super cafe there
We then drove to Streatley - Boy George's house
Wonderful reflections in the water
Comfrey seems to be growing everywhere

Greylag Geese and youngsters

We stopped off at Sainsbury's and whilst I froze my butt off doing the shopping Jim took lots of photos of this Red Kite over the car park
